Attendees: Doug Lohmeier, Bill Puthoff, Jack Cameron, Chief Cruse, Chief Korte, Brian Babb

1.      Brian Babb, GHFF
•       Mr. Babb took the opportunity to introduce himself and his background, then went on to explain he is there to help form the 5 year plan and move the farm forward. Mr. Lohmeier stated that council as times does not have a clear understanding of what goes on at the farm and has not seen true direction. Mr. Babb understood the concerns and will try to make sure communication is clearer.
2.      Planning Commission Update- Evendale Commons- Chris Patterson
•       Mr. Paterson presented the reasoning behind the proposed PBD changes for Evendale Commons which planning commission understands Anchor hurdles from the original plan and the Village will need to work with them to have a viable development, if not we will be looking at an under developed property for some time.
3.      Police
•       ALPR
        Automatic License Plate Reader- village was awarded a grant to purchase this equipment. This equipment can be programmed to identify license plates that are from stolen vehicles, registered to people with felonies and misdemeanors,  
•       Truck Ban
        Chief Korte gave update on contacting Garmin programming to identify Glendale-Milford Road is not a truck route so the GPS system let drivers know to find alternate routes.
4.      Fire
•       Update on Radon Testing and Test Kits
        Chief Cruse informed us the Fire Department cannot distribute radon detectors because they are regulated by both state and federal agencies. We would have to hold two different certifications and it would not be cost effective. Hamilton County is not certified as well because of the regulations.
